The story - I was exploring the pipe cleaner texture while I dabbled in abstract. Weaving random patterns takes much longer than a linear weave. When the back was complete and I began overlaying the tinsel I saw the infinite pattern and the rest fell in from there. I love tinsel pipe clearers since they are a nod to tinsel painting and everything needs a little sparkle in my opinion.
